Business Hours are Monday-Friday 10:30am-6:30pm Pacific Time. My office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, and major U.S. holidays.

I understand that things pop up and you need help immediately. For rush jobs, you will be charged a 25% surcharge for less than 72 hours’ notice and 50% surcharge for  weekends or U.S. holidays.

I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. I take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are kept private and I use the highest level of internet security. If I need to use your credit card, I will shred the information after 1 use. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in our Contract.

On occasion, it may be necessary for me to utilize a member of my contracting team to provide you the quickest and most accurate service. Under these circumstances, the team member’s work will be thoroughly checked by me to ensure excellence of service. All members of my contracting team are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.

I accept payment through Dubsado using Stripe & Paypal.

Once you have completed your contract and invoice, you can securely send me your login information to all accounts I need access to by sending it via Lastpass.com. My email to receive your secured login information is: womensglobalva@gmail.com
